Building gutted

MANSEHRA: A multistory building was gutted in the Ghanool area of Balakot. The fire, which apparently erupted from short-circuiting, engulfed the entire building, reducing household goods, gold and cash to ashes.

The affected families of all three brothers, including Abdul Rahman, Noorur Rahman and Mohammad Fareed were rescued by the locals. No loss of life was reported. “The household goods, gold, cash and documents of houses, cars and educational degrees and certificates were reduced to ashes,” Abdul Rahman said.
