CHITRAL: Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Governor Ghulam Ali said on Monday that universities should introduce a system of learning to produce skilled manpower and impart science and technology-based education.
Speaking at the groundbreaking ceremony of a new building for the University of Chitral here, he said that students should be trained to give employment to others instead of looking for jobs after completion of education.
He said that the students in these universities would be the rulers and defenders of the country so they should be equipped with education along modern lines to cope with the future challenges.
