May 9 vandalism: Court adjourns hearing of Qureshi son’s case till 30th

MULTAN: The Lahore High Court Multan Bench Judge Justice Shakeel Ahmed heard the writ petition against the nomination of the son of former Foreign Minister Shah Mahmood Qureshi in the case registered in Basti Malok police on May 9 on Friday, petitioner's counsel said. The court adjourned the hearing till November 30.

Earlier, the police informed the court about the registration of two cases against Zain Hussain Qureshi in Makhdoom Rasheed Police Station, Multan Cantt.

Petitioner's lawyer Maher Zameer Hussain informed the court that the police are deliberately putting his client into agony as the cases against him in three police stations are baseless.
