LAHORE: Provincial Transport Minister Ibrahim Hasan Murad ordered launching a massive crackdown on smoke-emitting vehicles in Punjab and made it clear that such vehicles would not be allowed to run on the roads.
Safe City Authority and Transport Department will send mailer challan to homes. The minister clarified that a challan of up to Rs7,000 would be issued while the smoke-emitting vehicles would be closed at different places in City.
