Islamabad: The Judicial Magistrate, Islamabad Ihtasham Alam Khan has approved a 3-day physical remand of five police officials of federal capital involved in torturing and harassment of a citizen and demanded ransom for his release. The court has given five police officials in the custody of Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) and directed to present the accused again on Sunday.
The court has approved a three day physical remand of Assistant Sub Inspector (ASI) Muhammad Tasneem, Head Constable Muhammad Bilal, Head Constable Mubashar-ur-Rehman, Constable Shakil Ahmed and Constable Adeel Ahmed.
The five police officials of federal capital kidnapped an innocent citizen named Saif-ur-Rehman tortured, harassed and demanded huge amount of ransom for his released. The Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) registered case against five police officials and presented them in court.
