‘No education wing employee to be sacked’
LAHORE
Evacuee Trust Property Board (ETPB) Chairman Siddiq-ul-Farooq has said that not a single employee of education wing of the Board would be sacked until NAB, FIA or any court of law decides about the fate of such employees’ future.
According to a press release, ETPB Chairman said that while addressing teachers, teaching staff and other relevant officials here at a degree college on Wednesday. He said teachers were backbone of economic and social development of any country so they should focus on their skills in this regard. He said he was trying hard to boost revenue of the Board through various means.
It may be relevant to mention here that hundreds of people were recruited in the education wing of the ETPB during the tenure of former chairman Asif Hashmi and cases of such employees are under investigations with NAB.
