Training workshop
Training workshops play a crucial role in social and professional networking of the staff members of an institution.
This was expressed by the speakers during concluding ceremony of three-week training ‘Indigenous On-Campus Training Phase II under HEC Modern University Governance Programme’ organised by Directorate of Faculty Development and internationalisation(DFDI) at Lahore College for Women University on Wednesday. The Adviser of DFDI, LCWU, Prof Ms Naushaba Farooq welcomed the audience and shared the achievements of the institution, particularly with respect to faculty development.
Addressing the ceremony, Prof Naushaba said that working of the university departments would certainly improve and became more efficient and effective when these staff members would transform their training into practice in the day-to-day affairs. —Correspondent
