Ruth Langsford recently shared an update on her husband Eamonn Holmes' health following his battle with chronic pain.
The TV host shared her thoughts on the co-presenter's condition, claiming that she fears he will never be “100 percent right.”
Her husband, who has succumbed to the draining chronic pain, used to co-present This Morning with his wife.
Speaking exclusively to Woman’s Weekly, the 64-year-old TV presenter didn’t hesitate to express disbelief in Holmes’ condition.
She said: “I look at Eamonn, who’s had his health and back problems, and it makes you realise how important your health is. I don’t know how much Eamonn’s mobility will improve.”
Despite being concerned about his condition, Ruth claimed that she lives in “hope.”
She said: “He does the physio, but there might have to be some acceptance that this might never be 100 per cent right.”
Ruth, who married Eamonn in 2010 and shares a son with him, opened up about being there for her loved ones.
The English presenter claimed that although “it’s testing, we manage as a family” as they continue to present the show together for the last 15 years.
