Ariana Grande, Wicked star shares The Wizard Of Oz throwback picture
Wicked star Ariana Grande posts picture as kid online leading The Wizard Of Oz
Ariana Grande has been in the magical world before.
Grande shared a sweet childhood throwback photo of herself dressed as Dorothy Gale from The Wizard Of Oz.
The songstress, 30, is currently starring in a two-part movie adaptation of Wicked, the popular Broadway musical about Dorothy's arch-enemy, The Wicked Witch Of The West.
The nickelodeon actress portrays Glinda The Good Witch Of The North in the upcoming films, a character from The Wizard Of Oz loved by the fans.
On Thursday, she used an Instagram carousel to promote the project. The post consisted mostly of the latest photos of her and co-star Cynthia Erivo filming Wicked.
However, she ended the post with a cute photo of herself as a young child, smiling and posing in front of a Christmas tree while dressed as Dorothy.
Ariana was looking like Dorothy, following in the steps of Judy Garland, who played the character in the beloved 1939 film of The Wizard Of Oz.
