Ashton Kutcher’s longtime friendship with Sean “Diddy” Combs may land him and his wife in trouble.
Previously coming under fire for supporting convicted rapist Danny Masterson by writing a character reference for him, the Hollywood A-Listers can’t afford to be dragged into Diddy’s ongoing federal investigation for sex trafficking, per a new report Daily Mail.
An insider told the outlet that “there is no way in hell Ashton or Mila will be showing any sort of public support for Diddy right now.”
The source further revealed, “Mila will not let Ashton be in any sort of contact. He is expecting a subpoena as they have been good friends for 20 years.”
Indeed, Ashton, 46, and Diddy, 54, had been friends for decades, brought together by the 2003 MTV practical joke reality TV series Punk'd when Ashton worked there.
But regardless of their long history, the source noted that Ashton “distanced himself” from the rapper ever since Diddy’s ex Cassie a sexual assault lawsuit against him in December 2023, followed by an avalanche of additional lawsuits by other women.
A federal investigation was launched against Diddy as his home was raided just last week.
“Ashton and Mila have been laying super low since the Danny Masterson support and they are in no way about to get sucked into this mess,” the source noted, adding that the parents-of-two are “enjoying the lowkey home life right now.”
