Cellular companies in the country have invaded us with different campaigns, promising numerous packages of cheap call rates and free-minute services to customers. It seems the day is not far away when they will not hesitate in extending a totally free service to people.
But the fact is that most of these so-called promised free minutes, etc, are misleading because of super-fast timers. The PTA is requested to carry out surprise checks on these free packages to safeguard consumers’ interests.
