Probe body report rejected; university admin demands judicial commission on attack
CHARSADDA: Rejecting the findings of the committee formed to investigate the January 20 attack on the Bacha Khan University (BKU), its administration on Monday asked the government to constitute a judicial commission to probe the incident, while the vice-chancellor and chief security officer refused to resign from their posts. The demand for the judicial commission was made at a meeting of the teaching and administration staff of the university with Vice Chancellor Dr Fazal-ur-Rahim Marwat in the chair.
