Objection overruled: The Lahore High Court on Monday overruled objection of Registrar’s office to a petition seeking direction to federal government to establish a `shadow cabinet’ to eliminate the menace of corruption from country. Justice Khalid Mehmood Khan directed Registrar’s office to fix the case before any bench for preliminary hearing. The office has put objection that the petition was not maintainable and case was fixed before Justice Khan as an objection case.  Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf and the Opposition Leader in Punjab Assembly Mian Mehmoodur Rasheed moved the petition submitting that the establishment of a shadow cabinet had become inevitable to control corruption and political appointments.
