Two men jailed for 15 years for double murder

A court awarded 15 years’ imprisonment to two men on Thursday for a double murder.
Additional District and Sessions Judge Sikandar Ameer Behror, who conducted the trial at a court housed in the Judicial Complex, handed down the sentences to Farhan alias India and Changez alias Chingari for killing Feroz and Zohaib on December 14, 2012 in Kharadar.
The court imposed a fine of Rs30,000 on each convict and said that if the convicts failed to pay up the amount, they would spend another six months in jail.
The two men were arrested in 2014 for possessing illegal arms, and during the interrogation, they admitted to the double murder. The murder case was registered by Muhammad Ehsan at Docks Police Station.
