UET alumni call on VC
LAHORE
A delegation of students from the batch of 1960s visited the University of Engineering & Technology (UET) and called on the vice-chancellor.Speaking on the occasion, the VC Prof Dr Fazal Ahmad Khalid said they were an asset not just for the university but the country and the UET always took pride of its graduates.
The VC also said UET respected their contribution to the institution and the country. He added that the university was a kind of platform where former students could share their professional experiences and visionary suggestions with students and teachers.
The delegation comprised of Ijaz Ali Khan, Abdul Aziz Chaudhry, Nadeem Qureshi, Rana Asif, Abdul Sheikh, Anwar Saleem, Iftikhar Khan, Dr M Kaleemullah, Zia-ud-Din Mian and Amjad Chaudhry. They expressed their gratitude and confidence in present administration for the development of university.
