MUMBAI: India’s External Affairs Minister Salman Khurshid says his country will seriously consider a demand if it was contacted for handing over of Ajmal Kasab’s body, the sole surviving gunman of Mumbai terror attacks, who was executed on Wednesday morning in Pune jail in Maharashtra .
According to reports, Ajmal Kasab wished his mother be informed about his death after his execution while New Delhi is trying to contact his family in Pakistan.
166 people were killed in November 2008 when gunmen went on rampage through Mumbai, targeting hotels, railway station and a Jew center.
