Nawaz himself responsible for bringing daughter into dock: PPP

ISLAMABAD: Spokesman for the Pakistan People’s Party (PPP) Senator Maula Bux Chandio said that former premier Nawaz Sharif was himself responsible for bringing his daughter Maryam Nawaz into dock. In a statement, Chandio said that he (Nawaz Sharif), in vengeance, had forgotten that Benazir Bhutto was also someone’s daughter and where were the traditions of the East when cases were filed against Nusrat Bhutto. He said that Nawaz Sharif had entangled his children in order to conceal his own corruption. He said that Nawaz Sharif did not yet reap what he had sowed. He said Nawaz was responsible what was happening now and was responsible for bringing his daughter Maryam into dock. Chandio said that Nawaz Sharif was also responsible for appearances Benazir Bhutto in courts of Lahore, Karachi

and Rawalpindi in one day. He addressed Nawaz that he used to please to see torturing Asif Ali Zardari and Benazir Bhutto along with her children in her lap outside the courts in sizzling heat. He said that today it was his own government and cases, filed against Maryam, were not filed by any political rival.

PPP Secretary General Syed Nayyar Hussain Bukhari said that corrupt Nawaz Sharif was also responsible for defaming of his children. He said Nawaz Sharif and his daughter had failed to provide proofs of innocence and therefore, he (Nawaz) started political replies.
