MIRANSHAH: Twenty-five militants, including their key commander, have been killed in an exchange of fire with security forces in the Shawal area of North Waziristan close to the Pak-Afghan border. As per media reports, a group of militants attacked a check post of security forces on Friday in the Shawal area. During the exchange of fire, 25 terrorists, including their key commander, were killed. The terrorists fled the scene leaving behind the bodies of their associates on the scene. Security forces said key hideouts of militants have been captured and a huge cache of arms had been seized.
