Four killed in violent incidents in Karachi

KARACHI: Four persons were killed in different violent incidents across the metropolis, Geo News reported Wednesday.


According to police, unknown gunmen opened fire in Baldia Town sector 4 and injured a man. He was shifted to hospital for treatment where he succumbed to his injuries. The deceased was identified as Raza Khan, 32.


On the other hand, body of a man bearing bullet wounds was found from Mithadar area of Karachi. The body was shifted to Civil Hospital for identification and other medico-legal formalities.


Also, two tortured bodies were recovered from Malir Cantt, within the limits of Khokhrapar police station. The victims were tortured with sticks and iron rods, and were identified as Haq Nawaz, 35 and Ramzan, 28. They were the employees of Faisal Dairy Farm.


The bodies were shifted to Jinnah Postgraduate Medical Centre (JPMC) for medico-legal formalities.
