PESHAWAR: Dr Qaiser Khan, who is Assistant Professor at the University of Malakand, has completed his PhD in Linguistics from the National University of Modern Languages (NUML), Islamabad.
During studies, he also visited the University of North Texas as a research fellow. His research endeavours were related to mainstreaming madrassa education in Pakistan through English language reforms. He generated research data from religious seminaries in Malakand Division in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
