Two alleged kidnappers held

LAKKI MARWAT: The police arrested two alleged kidnappers and seized arms and a motor-bike from them here on Thursday, an official said.
Shahid Hameed, a spokesperson for the police, told The News that Ameer Shazad along with his son Imranullah and wife was on way to his village Faridkhel Bhittani, Frontier Region (FR) Lakki Marwat, in a car when two gunmen intercepted them near Bakhmal Ahmadzai village. “Ameer Shazad drove away the car and entered a village while being chased by the gunmen,” said the official.
He said that the villagers rescued them and the kidnappers escaped from the scene. A heavy police contingent reached the area and arrested both the accused identified as Mashal Khan and Ishfaq Alam, residents of Bahramkhel village.
