MANSEHRA: The district education officer of Torghar has terminated the services of five teachers who have been absent from duty for years.
Torghar DEO Abdullah Khan told reporters the government was taking steps to promote education. He said the five teachers have been sacked and the paid salaries recovered from them. The official said five low-grade employees who were not discharging duty were also forced to retire.
