Partly cloudy and breezy weather is the forecast of the Meteorological Office for today (Monday) when the people from across Islamabad both rural and urban areas will go to the polls to choose their representatives for local bodies.
However, there is no chan-ce of rainfall.
“The weather will remain partly sunny and partly overcast and windy in Islamabad during the next 24 hours. These weather conditions will prevail all through the week,” meteorologist Amjad Meh-mood said on Sunday evening.
According to the Meteorological Office forecasting officer, light rain is expected to fall at scattered places in Punjab, especially Lahore and Gujranwala, Gilgit-Baltistan, and Azad Jammu and Kashmir.
On Sunday, the minimum and maximum temperatures recorded in Islamabad were 7 and 25 degree centigrade respectively. As for the humidity level, it was recorded at 87 per cent.
