With Christmas time approaching, the Ambassador of Italy and Mrs. Lidia Pontecorvo, together with the whole staff of the Italian Embassy, are going to organise a fundraising pizza event on November 28 in favour of the Sweet Home orphans (or, better, Sweet Home Angels!).
Inauguration of the wood-fired oven donated by the Embassy of Italy to the Sweet Home will take place and well-known and most appreciated Italian Chef Giulio Ciccotelli from the Marriott Hotel, Islamabad will prepare pizzas for everyone. The event will be held between 12 noon-3 p.m.
Come and enjoy Italian food and music! Put on your sportswear and get ready to play with the kids! And.... do not forget at home your pocketbook...this is a fundraising event! In case of rain, the event will be held anyway. You will be offered a roof and a hot cup of tea to warm up if necessary!
Those who cannot come, will definitely miss pizza but they can still contribute by offering a donation directly to Sweet Home Foundation.
