IIU extends admission date

Islamabad: The International Islamic University (IIU), Islamabad, on Monday extended the date to file admission forms for its various educational programmes till July 10.
Earlier, the university had set June 30 as the deadline for applicants to submit forms for admission to different programmes of nine faculties for Fall Semester 2015.
The classes for the semester will formally begin at the start of September.
According to a relevant staff member of the university, the administration extended the admission form submission date to facilitate and accommodate more and more applicants.
He said long queues were seen at admission desks on the university’s both male and female campuses as the deadline approached.
Candidates awaiting the respective exam results may also apply. However, they
will have to produce an
undertaking that they will
submit overall pass results
of the relevant degree shor-
tly after the declaration of results.
