Islamabad: Head of the Inter-Services Intelligence, Major General (r) Ehtesham Zamir died in Rawalpindi on Monday morning.According to a TV channel news, he was the son of Syed Zameer Jaffri who became famous for his Urdu humorous poetry and also wrote humorous columns in the newspapers and periodicals.His funeral prayer

Islamabad: Head of the Inter-Services Intelligence, Major General (r) Ehtesham Zamir died in Rawalpindi on Monday morning.
According to a TV channel news, he was the son of Syed Zameer Jaffri who became famous for his Urdu humorous poetry and also wrote humorous columns in the newspapers and periodicals.
His funeral prayer was offered in Bahria Town Phase IV in Rawalpindi.
He was born at Chak Abdul Khaliq, Jhelum.
Major General (r) Ehtesham Zamir was determined to carry on the legacy of his father to serve the nation.
He started operating a Non-Profit Foundation, Syed Zamir Jafri Foundation, which provides many high profile required services to the nation.
