The ‘Treehouse Nursery and Kindergarten’ held its annual graduation ceremony. Children aged between 5 to 7 held the audience captive with their drama and singing performances, says a press release.
The graduating class acted out the Treehouse rendition of the famous play Hansel and Gretel ‘eat right’ while the grade 1 students acted out the classic ‘Alice in Wonderland’. The children also sang songs in French, Mandarin and paid tribute to the “Sound of Music” by singing Do Re Mi which received ovation and cheers from the parents who were extremely impressed by the confidence and delivery prowess of these young performers.
The ceremony was followed by the graduating class taking the Treehouse pledge and tossing their graduation hats in the air.
Owned and managed my Naadiya K. Manzur, the Treehouse nursery and Playschool is focused on early childhood development and is considered as one of the best schools in its category in Islamabad.
Speaking on the occasion Naadiya said “At the Treehouse we believe in making learning fun and instilling the hunger for knowledge at a very early stage. All our Treehouse graduates excel in their academics and arts at any institution once they graduate. Due to popular demand we had recently launched the elementary level at the Treehouse which has received a tremendous response from parents.”
“The Elementary programme at the Treehouse focuses on a challenging academic syllabus, physical education, foreign languages and arts to prepare our children to be global citizens that are confident and able to make a positive impact in their community”, Naadiya added.
