After a thorough investigation, police lodged an FIR (first information report) against the ‘fake lady doctor’, who was allegedly involved in running a ‘lesbian centre’ where young girls were exploited and blackmailed to indulge in this ugly act, police said.
The FIR (Number 91/15) has been lodged with the Koral Police Station under Sections 377, 419, 420 and 506-II of the PPC on the complaint of a victim.
Interior Minister Chaudhry Nisar Ali Khan took strict notice of a report published in ‘The News’ titled ‘Fake lady doctor luring young girls into sex racket’ and subsequently the issue was highlighted in Hamid Mir’s show ‘Capital Talk’ on Geo TV, and ordered police authorities to investigate the issue on merit.
AIG (Operations) Sultan Azam Temuri recorded the statement of the victim in his office to avoid area police influence who were openly favouring the ‘fake lady doctor’.
A strong group of police officers tried to twist the case against the victim by proving that the case was sequel to personal grievances between the two parties and her degrees were not fake, but at this stage the role of the interior minister was appreciable who continuously kept in touch with the investigation team.
The authorities later submitted a preliminary investigation report to the interior minister, sources said.
‘Ms Y’, an influential woman of about 40, was running a clinic in Islamabad as an ‘undercover’ job, and used to introduce herself as an MBBS doctor with a changed name. She has links in specific class of society and provides ‘services’ of the trapped girls to the voluptuary women of the federal capital.
There were severe consequences associated with the personal life and family life of the victim girls. After being blackmailed, not only family life of these girls got disturbed, but it also created psychological problems for them. After becoming victim of these abusive relations, they lived in isolation, disconnecting themselves from social life altogether. The victims failed to play an active role for their family as well as for society.
The audio recording available with ‘The News’ of ‘Ms Y’ clearly indicated that many girls were trying to get rid of the immoral activities, but she was not ready to spare them, threatening that she would expose them in front of their families and they would not be able to live in society.
The audio recordings of ‘Ms Y’ (the woman running the ugly business) also disclosed shocking revelations relating to her tactics to blackmail the girls who make an attempt to leave her or try to get married.
Two girl victims, trying to get away from her ensnare, somehow got audio recordings of the woman in which she was found talking to the trapped girls, pressurising and blackmailing them to continue the ugly job.
Women like ‘Ms Y’ usually lure young girls to make them part of their nefarious business and supply them allegedly to influential people and due to their influence even police and other law enforcement agencies do not dare to take any action against them.
