Condolence meeting for Fahim

LAHORE
Late Makhdoom Amin Fahim was an invaluable asset for the PPP and his passing away was a setback to the politics of decency, democracy and loss of Pakistan, said Mian Manzoor Ahmed Wattoo in his opening statement at the condolence meeting of the Punjab Executive Committee and Punjab Council held on Thursday to pay tribute to the deceased.
He added that his holding of the highest position of the PPPP was the physical manifestation of the trust reposed by the top leadership of the party and he undoubtedly proved worthy of the same. Earlier, Maulana Yusuf Awan, President PPP Ulema Wing, led the Dua for the eternal peace of Makhdoom Amin Fahim. Those who were present in the meeting included Haji Aziz-ur- Rehman Chan, Aslam Gill, Suhail Mailk, Rana Farooq Saeed, Nawab Sheer Vaseer, Jehan Ara Wattoo and Raj Amir Khan.
