Punjab University (PU) has awarded PhD degrees to two scholars in different subjects.
According to a press release, Hafiz Muhammad Younas s/o Sher Muhammad has been awarded a PhD degree in the subject of Islamic Studies after an approval of his thesis titled “Contemporary Medical Issues and Ijtihadi Judgments (An Analytical Study)” and Samina Yasmin d/o Muhammad Akram in the subject of Persian after the approval of her thesis titled “The Contribution of Chistia Order to Persian Literature, Analytical and Research Study from 6th to 14th Century A.H”. —Correspondent
