Two wedding halls sealed

LAHORE
The Punjab Revenue Authority on Friday sealed two wedding halls and four caterers’ offices as these failed to registered themselves with the PRA.
A team, headed by Deputy Commissioner Zaka Ullah on the instructions issued by Chairman PRA Dr Raheel Qazi, asked the PRA to take strict action against all those unregistered services’ providers in the province and not paying taxes to the provincial exchequer.
The PRA team along with the police raided and sealed Taj Wedding Halls located at Ferozepur Road, Johar Events located at Johar Town, Mubarik Caterer of Defense, Butt Caterer of Ravi Road, Imran Caterer of Punch Road, and Ch Zulfiqar Caterer of Samnaabd roundabout.
Other than this, the PRA has also sealed three each caterers of Gulberg, and Fort Road on non-registration and nonpayment of taxes.
