It is our responsibility to provide children with favourable atmosphere and better facilities, said Punjab Education Minister Rana Mashhood.
The minister expressed these views while he was addressing a ceremony titled ‘Share Toy Share Joy’ organised by a foundation to distribute toys, cash prizes and gift hampers among children.
Time and attention paid to children is guarantee of our safe and bright future, the minister added.
Chairperson of the foundation Farhat Mashhood and a large number of children and patients were present.
The minister urged the parents to focus on needs of their children. He said the government was using all out resources to provide quality education to children. Provision of memorable happiness to our growing children is very important, he added. Farhat Mashhood said the purpose of the ceremony was to motivate those who had resources to come forward to help the poor.
