The School of Tomorrow series of conferences was initiated by Beaconhouse 15 years ago as a quest to redefine education and to explore the shape of schools in a yet-unknown future. Held thus far in Pakistan and Malaysia, these conferences have featured some of the leading thinkers and educators of the 21st century.
This year Beaconhouse is organising the School of Tomorrow 2015 Education and Cultural Festival in Karachi on November 28 and 29. This will be Pakistan’s First International Education and Cultural Festival.
The festival titled School of Tomorrow: The End of Education (as we know it), is a two-day festival that looks at the growing influence of art, culture, media, technology and geopolitics on the future of education.
This event is open to public and will feature interactive panel discussions, workshops, interviews, celebrity conversations, cultural performances, an interactive science and art exhibition, theatre production, short film screening, robotics workshops, storytelling, concert, food court and more.
