The chief justice of the Sindh High Court (SHC) on Wednesday ordered the transfers and postings of many additional district and session judges with an immediate effect.
According to the orders, Zahida Sikandar has been transferred from Karachi West to Shaheed Benazirabad district, Naeem Akhtar from Shaheed Benazirabad district to Larkana, Naushaba Kazi from Karachi West to Sukkur, Sadaf Yousuf from Malir district to Sukkur, Fareed Anwar Kazi from Thatta to Ratodero, Aftab Ahmed Arain from Khairpur to Sehwan, Farooq Ahmed Abbasi from Badin to Mirpur Mathelo, Abdul Karim Ansari from Naushahro Feroze to Jacobabad, Jalaluddin Soomro from Shaheed Benazirabad to Larkana, Asim Jamil Memon from Sukkur to Ghotki, Ghulam Hussain Talpur from Sukkur to Thatta, Shafi Muhammad Pirzada from Mirpur Mathelo to Malir district, Waseem Ahmed Kaurejo from Gambat to Shaheed Benazirabad district, Abdul Rahman Kazi from Larkana to Khairpur, Qazi Muhammad Naeem Siddiqui from Mirpur Mathelo to Shikarpur, Zahid Hussian Metlo from Shikarpur to Karachi West, Syed Sharfuddin Shah from Larkana to Naushahro Feroze, Shaikh Intisar Yousuf from Ratodero to Shikarpur, Jamshed Ali Awan from Shikarpur to Mirpur Mathelo, Ramesh Kumar from Jacobabad to Badin and Ashok Kumar Dodeeja from Sehwan to Gambat.
Azmat Ali Khan has been posted to Ghotki as the first additional session judge and Sultan Ali Leghari has been transferred from there. Leghari, under the period of suspension, has been ordered to report to the SHC and to work as an officer on special duty (OSD).
District and sessions judges have also been transferred and posted.
Mir Safdar Hussian Talpur has been transferred from Matiari to Sanghar, Ahmed Luqman Memon from Sanghar to Matiari, and Farzana Anwar Shah has been posted to Ghotki in place of Mahbub Ally Jawahery.
Jawahery has been ordered to report to the SHC and to work as an OSD.
According to another notification, Civil Judge & Judicial Magistrate Nagarparkar Moula Bakhsh Solangi has been suspended on allegations of misconduct and ordered to report to the SHC immediately.
