An alleged bandit was killed in an encounter with the police on the National Highway on Wednesday.
According to Memon Goth police, a raid was carried at a house, situated near the link road on the National Highway. The men opened fire at the police however, one of the bandits was killed during the shootout while three of his accomplices managed to flee. The deceased appearing to be in his 20’s was later shifted to the JPMC.
