Corps Commander Karachi Lt-Gen Neveed Mukhtar, accompanied by Director General Rangers Maj-Gen Bilal Akbar, visited Lyari and interacted with Rangers troops stationed in the city’s crime-infested neighbourhood.
The spokesman for the paramilitary force said the corps commander was briefed about the law and order situation in Lyari with a special reference to the ongoing Rangers operation. The corps commander praised the Rangers efforts to bring back stability to the area.
