MARDAN: On the directives of the Commission of Inquiry on Enforced Disappearances, the City Police Station has registered four separate kidnapping cases against unidentified people, the police said.
Abdur Rehman, resident of Shangla district, submitted an application to the commission on January 14, 2015. He stated in his application that unidentified people kidnapped his brother Abdur Raheem.
Another case was registered on the directive of the commission in the same police station on the complaint of Jannat Mahal, widow of Mian Rahim Shah. She stated in her application that unidentified people had kidnapped her son Naik Zada.
The third case was registered in the same police station on the directive of the commission on the plea of Hatima Bibi, wife of Fazal Ghani from Swat on January 14.She stated in her application that unidentified people had kidnapped her husband Fazal Ghani.
The fourth case was registered in the same police station on the directive of commission on the complaint of Shakila Bibi, wife of Mohammad Salman. She stated that unidentified people had kidnapped her brother Qari Mohammad, son of Sanobar.The city police registered separate cases against unidentified people.
