LAHORE: A 38-member delegation of Pakistani high achievers has completed its study tour of Europe, under Punjab Chief Minister’s programme, and will be back on Monday (today).
Before departure for Pakistan, the Frankfurt community hosted a reception for the Pakistani position holder students in Germany. The reception was arranged by MPA Rana Liaqat. The delegation comprising students of Punjab, Sindh, Balochistan, Khyber Pakhtunkhawa, Azad Jammu Kashmir, Gilgit-Baltistan and Federal Board visited 25 best universities of the world including Technical University Berlin, Heidelberg University, Oxford University, Cambridge University and University of Surrey in Sweden, Germany and England.
The students visited laboratories, libraries and different departments equipped with latest technology. The students during their visit exchanged views with scientists, faculty members, senior teachers and students. The students said Shahbaz Sharif took keen interest in promotion of education.
