MI-6 hosts Altaf in London: RAW ex-chief

NEW DELHI: Former RAW chief AS Dulat on Saturday said that Muttahida Qaumi Movement (MQM) chief Altaf Hussain was a ‘guest’ of British intelligence agency MI-6 in London.
However, he refused to answer a question about India’s funding of MQM.
Talking to a news channel in India, AS Dulat, refusing to answer a question whether India funded the MQM or not, claimed that Altaf Hussain was a ‘guest of MI-6’. He said that Altaf Hussain was being hosted by MI-6 and therefore, MI-6 should be questioned about MQM funding as well.
AS Dulat’s statement has come amid rumours that two MQM leaders have confessed to MQM’s funding from India.
