BISHAM: The three coalminers, who had suffered severe burn wounds in a blast caused by the accumulation of poisonous gas inside a coalmine in Dara Adamkhel on April 1, succumbed to their injuries on Monday. The three victims identified as Mohammad Aslam, Mohammad Zaman and Khairul Afsar belonged to Pirabad Union Council in Shangla district. They had been under treatment at the Burns and Plastic Surgery Centre Hayatabad in Peshawar. However, they could not survive and breathed their last at the burns centre. The bodies were brought to Shangla where they were laid to rest at ancestral graveyards.
