No water

For the last more than one week the residents of PHA ‘C’ type flats in G-11/4, Islamabad, have been facing water shortage. The PHA Residents Welfare Association of the community approached the director, water supply, CDA and requested him to restore the water supply. According to him, the heavy-duty motor for pumping water to this particular area is out of order.
I have a question: if the motor of the PM House had been out of order do they give the same answer? When will a common citizen of this country be treated as a human being?
