The migration of seven Hindu families from Jacobabad to India is a bad omen for the country. Civilised nations around the world ensure the safety and prosperity of the minorities living among them. It must also be noted that the responsibility of providing safety and security to the minorities and ensuring their rights does not lie with the government alone.
It is the collective responsibility of the whole society which should be accountable for the treatment meted out to minorities. I hope the government takes notice of this very serious issue.
