Two KWSB workers perish laying sewage pipes

Two employees of the Karachi Water and Sewerage Board (KWSB), died in a mishap on Wednesday.
Muhammad Yasir, 25, and Azeem Akhter, 25, were injured after heavy sewerage pipes fell onto them near the Nagan Chowrangi in the Taimuria police limits, while they were busy in digging land over there.
Their colleagues rescued them in critical condition and took them to the Abbasi Shaheed Hospital, where they succumbed to injuries.
In a separate incident, Pir Ghulam, 30, died after his motorcycle was struck by a vehicle near the Bahria Town Society, Super Highway.
