Sarwar warns govt
Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf former organiser Chaudhry Mohammad Sarwar has issued a warning to the PML-N government that it should refrain from implementing anti-people policies, otherwise the PTI will overturn its rule with the support of the masses. In a statement issued on Sunday, Sarwar said the PTI would have no option but take to streets, if the government did not stop implementing anti-people policies and added that it would be too dangerous to let the government complete its constitutional rule. He said the government’s decisions including PIA privatisation would serve as its political death. Sarwar said the PTI had a huge public power and could launch a protest movement anytime across the country. He said the PTI needed nobody’s help in the wake of public support. He said the PML-N government in Centre and Punjab had failed miserably and its policies were creating menaces including corruption, load-shedding, price-hike and joblessness. —Correspondent
