Rawalpindi : Under the ‘Up-Scaling of Green Pakistan Programme’ launched by the Punjab Forest Department (PFD), PFD Rawalpindi Division (Extension) has prepared a new and unique scheme for bringing all barren lands of farmers located in Rawalpindi, Jehlum, Attock and Chakwal districts under cultivation with Dry Afforestation Techniques, says a press release.
This was revealed by the District Range Forest Officer (Extension) Chakwal of Forest Department (Extension) Punjab Rawalpindi Division Sher Afzal Raja during the visit of farmers’ lands in different localities.
