One killed, 26 injured in North Waziristan road accident
MIRANSHAH: A teenaged boy was killed and 26 others, including women and children sustained injuries when a speeding vehicle plunged into a deep ravine near Dosali in Razmak tehsil in the district on Thursday.
Officials of the Rescue 1122 said that a coach was carrying participants of a marriage party from Razmak to Dosali.
They said that the vehicle fell into a deep gorge near Dosali due to over-speeding. As a result, a teenager was killed and 26 others sustained injuries The injured included three men, seven women and 12 boys and girls, who were shifted to District Headquarters Hospital, Miranshah
DHQ Hospital Medical Superintendent Dr Wali Muhammad said that some of the injured were referred to a hospital in Peshawar because of their precarious condition.
