MINGORA: The enraged residents on Monday staged a protest against the hours-long electricity load shedding in the constituency of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa chief minister.
Despite heavy rain, a large number of residents of Matta Bazaar, the constituency of Chief Minister Mahmood Khan, took out a protest rally against the electricity load shedding. The protesters chanted slogans against the chief minister and the government for frequent power outages. They said that over 16 hours load shedding was being carried out in the area, which should be stopped forthwith. They said that suspension of power supply for hours had paralysed routine life in Matta Bazaar and the adjacent localities.
