This refers to the news report, ‘Power, gas outages to end in two-and-a-half years: PM’ (December 30). Once again the people of this country are made to believe into something that they have long stopped thinking about – the dawn of the promised era free of power and gas loadshedding.
Little do our rulers realise that people are no more amused by such empty promises. They take them as nothing more than political gimmicks.
