Indonesian envoy for exchange programmes with UVAS
LAHORE : Indonesian Ambassador to Pakistan Adam M Tugio called on University of Veterinary and Animal Sciences (UVAS) Lahore Vice-Chancellor Prof Dr Nasim Ahmad during his visit to the university here on Friday.
According to a press release, Indonesian Ambassador in a meeting with the Vice-Chancellor, Pro-Vice-Chancellor Prof Dr Masood Rabbani and senior faculty members sought collaboration with UVAS in the areas of vaccine production, herbal pharmaceutical, students/teachers exchange and different degree programmes for skill enhancement regarding practical lab related work.
Prof Dr Nasim hoped that next year a number of students from Indonesia would come to Pakistan for getting education at UVAS after a meeting with Indonesian Ambassador. Indonesian Ambassador also showed keen interest in exchange programmes for undergraduate, postgraduate students and faculty members for sharing their knowledge and experience with each other.

This schedule is open for only those candidates who appeared in Associate Degree in Arts & Science (special categories) and BA (hearing impaired) students’ annual examination 2020.
The last date for receipt of online admission forms for BSc (Hons.) medical lab technology (four-year) programme third professional, BSc (Hons.) operation theatre technology (four-year) programme third professional, BSc (Hons.) medical imaging technology (four-year) programme, BSc (Hons.) cardiac perfusion technology (four-year) programme, BSc (Hons.) dental technology (four-year) programme third professional and BSc (Hons.) anesthesia technology (four-year) programme third professional second annual examination, 2020, is also July 30, 2021. PU Eid holidays: Punjab University (PU) will remain closed from Tuesday (20 July) to Friday (23 July), 2021, on account of Eid-ul-Azha holidays. A PU spokesperson said that the university shall remain open on Saturday 31 July, 2021, in lieu of extra holiday of Friday 23 July, 2021.
recruited: Around 13 workers have been recruited in Punjab Highway Patrol (PHP). A total of seven langaris, five sanitary workers and one gardener were recruited. On this occasion, PHP DIG Dr Abid Khan congratulated all the recruits.
