PESHAWAR: Special Assistant to the Chief Minister on Communication and Works Riaz Khan Tuesday said that the chief minister would announce mega uplift projects for Buner during his visit to the district tomorrow.
“Chief Minister Mahmood Khan considers Buner as his second hometown and measures are afoot for the speedy uplift of the district,” he said, adding that the visit had been planned long before but was delayed due to the coronavirus pandemic.
He said the CM would address a public meeting at Gadizi Ground and announce historical development projects for the district. He said the Chief Minister Mahmood Khan would also inaugurate some of the completed projects for the district during his visit.
The province, he said, was moving forward on the track of development under the leadership of the chief minister.
The KP government, he said, was now focused on the development of hitherto neglected areas to bring them at par with developed ones.
